Inlet and outlet fittings: The Drum Series features two inlet outlet ports that conform to universal 2” BSP bungs and fittings. The standard configuration provides a reduction 3/4” bung which is compatible with a variety of pumps and taps with BSP threads. Plastic Industries can also provide drums with the Micro Matic liquid transfer valve which offers a safe, closed filling and evacuation system.

Safety first: From user safety and convenience to contents protection and versatility the Plastic Industries Drum Series is unsurpassed. Manufactured from high grade HMWHDPE which is both 100% food grade FDA approved and approved for toxic liquids such as agricultural and industrial chemicals.

Customised Identification: The Drum Series provides the usual panel for standard self adhesive or Polysleeve labeling but we go further...we offer the option to emboss your logo or product identification into the container material. This cannot be removed giving added security and peace of mind.

OSH Compliant: Designed to make handling easy but not to encourage personnel to take short cuts. The high rimmed moulding extrusion clips securely into most conventional trolley and tipping devices. The absence of handles avoids strain associated with injury as recommended by OSH.

Colour coded: While the ex stock colour is black special coloured combinations are available on request to allow for product coding and identification.

UN Approved: The Plastic Industries 50, 60, and 100 litre Drum Series are UN approved for class 3,6 & 8 packaging groups 2 and 3.
